Website structure
We organize the site around clear visitor intent: what the company does, which services it provides, why it is credible and how a visitor can make contact.
DAY1WEB provides design, front-end development, technical SEO foundations, contact-form integration and static hosting setup as one compact service. The goal is a professional website that is easy to understand, fast to load and easy to own.
Instead of separating strategy, design, front-end development and deployment into long phases, DAY1WEB combines the essentials into a predefined delivery process.
We organize the site around clear visitor intent: what the company does, which services it provides, why it is credible and how a visitor can make contact.
Layouts, typography, spacing, buttons, cards and navigation are designed to work consistently from mobile screens to large desktop displays.
The website is coded with semantic HTML, modern CSS and lightweight JavaScript. There is no WordPress installation, database or page-builder dependency.
Web3Forms is the standard option, with Formspree available as an alternative. Both let a static website receive enquiries without running a custom server-side mail application.
Page titles, meta descriptions, canonical URLs, semantic heading structure, social metadata, sitemap.xml and robots.txt are prepared for launch.
The final static files are prepared for Firebase Hosting on the free Spark Plan. The current Spark Plan Hosting allowance includes 10 GB storage and 360 MB/day data transfer, while Firebase provisions SSL/HTTPS for connected domains.
DAY1WEB uses static hosting and third-party form processors so a brochure-style business website does not need a paid application server just to stay online or receive enquiries.
| Service | Free allowance | What DAY1WEB uses it for |
|---|---|---|
| Firebase HostingSpark Plan · free | 10 GB Hosting storage 360 MB/day data transfer SSL/HTTPS included | Static HTML, CSS, JavaScript and assets on a custom domain. |
| Web3FormsDefault form option | Free plan Up to 250 submissions/month | Contact and quote forms without a custom backend. |
| FormspreeAlternative form option | Free plan Starts at 50 submissions/month | An alternative form endpoint when the client prefers Formspree. |
Free-tier limits are controlled by the third-party providers and can change. DAY1WEB checks the provider terms when a site is launched.
A useful company website needs enough relevant text for visitors and search engines to understand the business. We structure supplied business information into clear sections rather than filling pages with generic marketing phrases.
Service descriptions can explain deliverables, customers, working area, process, typical questions and differentiators. About content can establish credibility. FAQs can address buyer objections. Internal links guide visitors between related pages. The result is a stronger information architecture than a thin one-screen template.
The exact structure depends on the company, but a small multi-page site usually benefits from separating the most important topics instead of placing everything on one page.
Positioning, key services, proof, process and a primary conversion path.
Detailed explanation of the services or solutions customers are searching for.
Company story, experience, values, approach and credibility information.
Commercial expectations, FAQs, enquiry details and the final call to action.
Send your required pages and current content. We’ll identify whether the project fits a standard DAY1 package.
